Whether youβre a professional, a parent, a partner, or simply someone who wants to improve how they connect with others, you can learn to be a better listener β and this hands-on, small-group workshop will show you how.

In this supportive and interactive workshop, you will:
Learn practical tools for deep, compassionate listening
Explore the difference between hearing and truly understanding

Practice core techniques rooted in Motivational Interviewing
Grow your ability to hold space β without trying to fix, solve, or rescue
This workshop is based on Listening Well by William R. Miller, Ph.D., a respected authority in communication and counseling psychology, and teaches the skills of Motivational Interviewing, an evidence-based conversational style that supports growth and change.
