Learn the Power of Listening β€” Truly Listening

Do you want to strengthen your relationships, build trust, and become someone others genuinely feel heard by?

Whether you’re a professional, a parent, a partner, or simply someone who wants to improve how they connect with others, you can learn to be a better listener β€” and this hands-on, small-group workshop will show you how.

What You'll Learn:

In this supportive and interactive workshop, you will:

  • Learn practical tools for deep, compassionate listening

  • Explore the difference between hearing and truly understanding

  • Gain insight into the habits that block meaningful communication

  • Practice core techniques rooted in Motivational Interviewing

  • Grow your ability to hold space β€” without trying to fix, solve, or rescue

This workshop is based on Listening Well by William R. Miller, Ph.D., a respected authority in communication and counseling psychology, and teaches the skills of Motivational Interviewing, an evidence-based conversational style that supports growth and change.

Who This Is For:

This workshop is open to anyone who wants to:

  • Improve personal and professional relationships

  • Communicate with greater empathy and effectiveness

  • Be present and grounded during conversations

  • Develop skills that support coaching, caregiving, leadership, and more

No prior experience required β€” just curiosity and a willingness to grow.
